Indonesian Independence Day Banner Design Free Download SVG

Hi, here I am sharing my volunteer work in commemorating the 78th independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Here I made a banner design in Inkscape with a size of 3×1 meter. Before starting the banner design, I first read the official logo guidebook from the Indonesian government. Here I capture the main point, namely the use of the red and white logo, ribbon, and color code. The pdf manual also mentions examples of using banners if I’m not mistaken. But here I will modify it a bit (can you say no, huh).

Okay, here I will set the layout for the Indonesian independence banner design. For the logo I put it on the top left. The left side I give empty space with the background of the city of Jakarta with a grayish line art mode. For the background of the city of Jakarta, there are monas monuments, welcome statues, aerospace statue monuments (pancoran statues), and several iconic buildings in Jakarta. Here I put it on the lower side.

For the main text that says “DIRGAHAYU REPUBLIK INDONESIA” I made it big in the middle. Then I make the date at the bottom with a relatively small size. And below that there is a web url. Here I give a small text can for sponsors on the top side.

On the top right side, I made an abstract shape like liquid. Here you can fill in the company logo / main brand / regional name and so on. Don’t forget to give the background map of Indonesia with a gray color.

Next, on the lower right side. Here I give a special ribbon from the guidelines for using the logo from the Indonesian government. And also shapes like halftones.

Up here, I am quite satisfied and enjoy this banner design. If you need a banner design for the 78th independence of the Republic of Indonesia. You can download the source file below.
